1. Scope and Operator
This Privacy Policy explains how Nehrrett Group LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Draff Master through the website, Android or iOS app, or related services. By using Draff Master, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- Account and profile data: email address, account ID, public handle, selected country, optional phone number, biography, avatar, preferences, and account status.
- Gameplay and competition data: games, moves, move times, results, replays, ratings, challenges, friends, tournament registrations, bracket progress, badges, Hall of Fame records, and fair-play history.
- Communications: messages sent through the service, support requests, administrative notifications, and responses to surveys or promotions.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser or app version, device and operating-system information, user agent, session and login information, request routes, timestamps, approximate location inferred from IP address, and security events. Draff Master does not request precise GPS location for ordinary gameplay.
- Donation and sponsorship data: amount, country, required donor name and email, optional message, recognition preference, authorization time and policy version, transaction status, and payment-provider reference. For fraud prevention and dispute support, the associated IP address, user agent, browser, operating system, device category, and approximate region may also be retained. Payment credentials are processed by the applicable payment provider.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and provide account support.
- Operate games, matchmaking, challenges, ratings, replays, rankings, and tournaments.
- Display country representation and community recognition.
- Deliver in-app notices and service-related communications.
- Process donations, sponsorship inquiries, and related records.
- Detect abuse, cheating, account duplication, fraud, and security threats.
- Debug, maintain, analyze, and improve the service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Public Information
Your handle, avatar, country and flag, rating, leaderboard placement, game results, tournament participation, badges, Hall of Fame recognition, and other competitive achievements may be visible publicly. Messages and contact details are not made public unless you choose to publish them. Do not place private information in your handle, biography, or other public profile fields.
5. Fair-Play and Security Monitoring
Draff Master may analyze move patterns, move timing, rating changes, disconnects, account and network patterns, and related gameplay signals to identify possible cheating, abuse, or security incidents. Automated signals may create a review recommendation. An administrator may review the relevant game replay, timestamps, prior warnings, and account history before taking enforcement action when practicable.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may provide information to service providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, bot protection, security, analytics, app distribution, donations, and payment processing. These may include providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, Orange Money, Google, and Apple, depending on the feature and your location.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate notice and safeguards.
7. Donations and Payment Providers
Donations from Sierra Leone may be routed through Orange Money, while donations from other locations may be routed through Stripe. Payment providers receive the information needed to authorize and process a transaction under their own privacy policies. Draff Master retains transaction references, status, amount, and related records needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, but does not store full card details. We do not use invasive device fingerprinting or request precise GPS location for donations.
8. Data Retention
We retain account information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service. Match, rating, tournament, Hall of Fame, fair-play, security, audit, donation, and sponsorship records may be retained or de-identified when necessary to preserve competition integrity, prevent fraud, meet accounting or legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until the normal backup cycle completes.
9. Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account from Account Settings on the web or from the Profile area in the mobile app. You must be signed in and confirm the request. If you cannot access your account, request assistance through support@draffmaster.com.
Deleting an account removes the authentication account and associated personal data that is not required for a legitimate retention purpose. Certain competition, transaction, security, or legal records may be retained in limited or de-identified form as described above. Account deletion does not require a paid subscription or a new app installation.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You can review or update profile, country, phone, biography, appearance, and security settings where those controls are available. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. Contact support to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
11. Cookies, Local Storage, and Mobile Features
Draff Master uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, protect forms, and support core functionality. The mobile app may use the device share sheet when you choose to share a match or invitation. This does not give Draff Master access to your address book. We will request device permissions before using features that require them.
12. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections, access controls, rate limits, bot protection, and security event logging. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ, using safeguards required by applicable law.
13. Children's Privacy
Draff Master is not directed to children under 13. Users must meet the minimum age required by the laws of their country, and minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
14. Policy Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as Draff Master changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material. Questions, privacy requests, and account deletion requests can be sent to support@draffmaster.com.
