Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Agreement and Operator
These Terms govern your use of Draff Master, a service operated by Nehrrett Group LLC. Draff Master provides online draughts gameplay, computer practice, multiplayer matches, ratings, replays, community features, and tournaments through its website and mobile apps. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement, your parent or legal guardian must approve your use of Draff Master. Certain school, university, regional, or sponsored tournaments may impose additional eligibility rules.
3. Accounts and Handles
- Provide accurate account information, including a valid email and country.
- Use a public handle that does not impersonate, mislead, harass, or expose private data.
- Keep your password secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Do not share, sell, transfer, or use another person's account.
- Do not create duplicate accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate results, or enter the same tournament more than once.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account until you notify us of a security issue.
4. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Draff Master for lawful gameplay and community participation. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, overload, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the service for unlawful activity.
5. Fair Play
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Using bots, engines, scripts, or outside computer assistance during a game.
- Account sharing, collusion, intentional losses, rating manipulation, or match fixing.
- Disconnect abuse, stalling, time manipulation, or intentionally abandoning games.
- Exploiting errors or interfering with another player's device, account, or connection.
Draff Master may use automated signals and administrator review to investigate suspicious activity. Enforcement may include a warning, voided result, rating adjustment, game forfeiture, leaderboard or badge removal, tournament disqualification, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. You may contact support to ask for a decision to be reviewed, but we cannot guarantee reversal.
6. Games, Ratings, and Results
Ratings, rankings, records, statistics, and automated game analysis are informational platform features. We may correct results affected by technical errors, cheating, duplicate records, invalid games, or administrator error. Network interruptions, device problems, and timeouts may result in a loss or forfeit under the applicable match rules.
7. Tournaments
Each tournament may have event-specific rules covering eligibility, school or country verification, capacity, registration dates, waitlists, seeding, match windows, forfeits, advancement, and recognition. Those published event rules supplement these Terms and control for that event if there is a conflict.
Tournament eligibility and registration may be determined automatically from account, activity, rating, location, school email, program or faculty, and fair-play information. Draff Master tournaments are currently free to enter. Wagering, betting, and using the service to arrange gambling are prohibited. Sponsor support does not guarantee a player any competitive advantage.
8. Community Content and Messages
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as a biography, message, or profile selection. You grant Draff Master a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and promote the service.
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. We may remove content or restrict communication features when needed to protect users or the platform.
9. Donations and Sponsorships
Draff Master is free to use. Donations are voluntary and do not purchase gameplay access, improve ratings, or create tournament preference. A donation is not a charitable contribution unless expressly stated otherwise. Except where required by law or needed to correct a processing error, completed donations are generally non-refundable.
Before payment, donors must affirmatively authorize the displayed amount and currency, acknowledge the generally non-refundable policy, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We retain a versioned record of that authorization for transaction support, fraud prevention, accounting, and dispute resolution.
Tournament and platform sponsorships are separate business arrangements and may include sponsor names, logos, descriptions, and website links. Sponsorship terms, deliverables, approvals, and refunds are governed by the applicable sponsorship agreement.
10. Intellectual Property
Draff Master, its software, game presentation, branding, logos, text, designs, and original content are owned by Nehrrett Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any platform intellectual property to you.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Draff Master relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, security, email, app distribution, donations, and payment processing. Sponsor and other external links may lead to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
12. Suspension and Account Deletion
You may delete your account through Account Settings on the web or the Profile area in the mobile app. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms, threats to users or the service, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Deletion and retention of associated records are described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, discontinue, or change features, rules, ratings, event schedules, or compatibility as the platform develops. We may perform maintenance without advance notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific opponent, tournament availability, permanent preservation of every replay, or compatibility with every device.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draff Master is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nehrrett Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost opportunities, rating changes, or losses caused by other users or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
15. Changes, Severability, and Contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Questions or appeals can be sent to support@draffmaster.com.
